I've had trouble putting minutes on my LG phone the last few days. I've tried several LG stores near where I live and have been refused service. They've turned me down without taking the phone or looking it up, etc. So I have no idea what the problem is. The last conversation went something like this:
'Can I prepay?'
'No'
'I prepaid here a few weeks ago.'
'No, only Sunday. Stop.'
'OK, I'll come back Sunday.'
'No, can't prepay.'
I stood there for a minute with a (more than likely) stupid look on my face, then left. Is there a specific place you have to go to put minutes on an LG phone? What am I missing here? (Besides a solid grasp of the Korean language.) |

Did you go in AFTER 5pm or on a weekend? |

| Buy the 019 "Yes" cards available in Itaewon and put minutes on that way. |

| Go to a Phone n Fun store... or try a different store. I tried filling my phone on Buddha's Birthday, and the first 2 stores said that they couldn't becasue of the holiday, but the third place did it with no problem. |

| I'm having this problem too and I don't know what the deal is. I'm not going all the way to Itaewon if I can get it done locally. Do they stop reloading prepaid phones after 5pm city wide? |

Go to a Phone n Fun store (they are the green ones).
They are actually LG operated shops and NOT franchise operations. |

No, I tried on Monday and Tuesday afternoons before work, between 1:30 and 3 or so. On the occasion of the conversation above, I was the only customer in the store and there were 5 or so employees.
Good news though, I finally found a store that did it for me this afternoon. After trying about 5 other places. |
