KISES travel, in the YMCA building in Gwanghwamun, (jjongno-3-ga i think?), has some great english speaking assistants and its part of the STA travel group. they'll get u some good deals, especially if u r under 26 years of age. |

The best agent I've found is Jacky at Kangsan Travel in Busan. His English is fine but it's the professional and prompt service that stands out.
The number is 51 747 0031. They also have a website (never used it):
Kangsantravel.com |
