"When it is difficult to buckle up due to injuries, diseases, handicaps, pregnancies, etc., or when driving or riding in emergency vehicles or mail trucks for their original purposes, wearing safety belts can be excused."
I guess it's OK if the handicapped and pregnant women die as long as they're comfortable.
On page 99 they have the label "Fuel Cap" pointing to something under
the fuel tank. Maybe the shutoff valve?
In the list "Cautions for passangers" on page 104: "Conversations are forbidden. However, letting the driver know the driving state by leaning toward the driver when going too fast or leaning back when going too slow would be helpful."
