How many people know if their housing, specifically if living in Seoul, was pet friendly? I mean---one could get or bring over a dog with no problem from the landlord, and no extra fee?
Thanks,

When I was negotiating with my employer I asked him to check with my potential landlord concerning having a dog in the apartment, then I had it written into the contract that I would always be provided with accommodations that would accept my dog. My employer was very willing to work with me concerning this. If you are bringing your dog with you make sure you tell your employer, and if it is the right fit for a job, he will find the right accommodations for you. |

EVERY apartment in Korea is pet friendly. I've never heard of a "no pet" policy here or an additional fee (at least not in the quality apartment that will come with your job as an English teacher). As is the practice in most situations in Korea, if you're not sure...just do it. Don't ask permission. |
