I need to add pages to my U.S. passport. Can I do that at the U.S. embassy in Seoul? If not, how can I do this? (In the U.S., how long would it take to do this?) Thanks.

I did this last year. You need to send your passport to the embassy via courier. Go to the US embassy Seoul home page, and go to citizen services . You will get the mailing address there. It will take a couple of days.

I think if you fill out the form ahead of time and send it to the embassy, you can come and they will do it while you wait.
The US consulate comes once a month to Busan, and this is how we added pages.
Crazy idea, but you could call the US embassy.

yes, you can do it at the embassy in seoul. you don't need any advance prep. just go there with your passport and fill out a form, wait in line, and they'll give it back to you in a few minutes. it's free.
the whole process takes less than an hour. (assuming no long lines). they have a lunch break, so don't go there right before noon.

a quote from an email I received regarding this very issue:

Blank visa pages may be added to undamaged U.S. passports, free of
charge. Additional visa pages will not be added to one year emergency
passports or to damaged passports. Please download the necessary form
(DS-4085) from our web site http://korea.usembassy.gov/add_pages.html.
Applications for additional pages will be processed on the same day.
