Almost every night, I see this show on tv here. There are a bunch of women from around the world on it. They sit around talking in Korean, and answering q's from Korean men.

At first I thought it was some kind of dating show...but now I am thinking it's not.

Anyone know what this show is about? I am curious Smile

I am not sure about the name. I think it is called "Global talk show."

The woman on the show talk about life in Korea. They talk about their experiences in korea. You will see a board appear during the show with different topics on it. They then discuss these topics with the show host and the korean men on the show.

Again I am not sure about the name.

Its basically a show where korean male celebrities get to check out some foreign women.

Ive watched the show a few times, the cameramen usually focus on the same 4 or 5 women.

Its a show about a female foreigner's opinion on Korea, yet the guests are always (might have missed a female) male.

I was watching it last night - the topic was handphones. They made some Korean women look like models of maturity. I wonder how much they get paid to go on and how many of them, if any, aren't here on entertainment visas.

Some of their Korean skills seems very impressive to me, at least, I have to say.

So when and where can I watch it? I'd just like to see it once out of curiosity.

The show is aired by KGB or the TV station that sounds like those letters. Apparently there is a forum board on their TV station site. Also it has been attacked by 'haters' for one reason or another. There are some mooses on the show but most of them are very pretty and their Korean is very good.

I don't know Korean I just watch it for the animation. I find it very funny.

Unfortunately no, my Korean isn't that good. At one point, my vp said he would buy me a book on how to learn Korean at the school fair, but I politely declined his offer since I already have a book I am trying to learn from. I still thought it was pretty funny though. He actually is a very kind man lol.

It is a pretty harmless show.....

Guys ask girls their opinions on things that Koreans do or how koreans act and they answer, sometimes in a very honest manner which the Korean audience takes on board very well.....

Their is a lot of stupidity but what would you expect...

I noticed a lot of the haters in the other threads about this show in this site are ones that mostly have no idea what is being said or what is going on, due to the fact they can't speak Korean.

I actually don't mind watching it and have a bit of a chuckle but it is pretty frivolous stuff mostly..

It's a show to demonstrate that having an Asian fetish is perfectly natural and normal... for a woman. If you're a man, then you're a perv.

When the show comes on that has foreign guys talking to attractive Korean women, I'll watch that.
That show will happen in Korea when Hades freezes over though. Sad

Would you describe the episode where the comedian used the Afro wig to take the mickey out of the African-American woman as harmless?
