Hi,
I was wondering what the road tax rate is, as I'm in the process of transferring a bike into my name and have been told I need to pay some sort of road tax when this happens. I know about getting insurance, but didn't hear about this before!
Could someone explain what the process is when transferring a bike? The bike is registered (with their registration-plate still on) to the seller in Kangnam, and I live in Yongsan. It's a 125cc BTW.
