Today, while biking through Wonju, I became aware of some flyers that had been posted advertising "Free English." I took a closer look at them and realized that it was Mormon missionaries that were offering language classes. My question; is this legal? If not, I'd like to stop them. |

It's legal if they're teaching their religion and just so happen to be speaking in English because that's all they know.
If they aren't teaching their religion, and they don't have the proper VISA, I'm sure it's illegal.
