Hi,

I'm living and teaching in Incheon,Korea. Does anyone know where I could learn Russian in Seoul or Incheon from a private tutor/class?

Near Dongdaemun Stadium station and Fashion TV there are lots of Russian speaking people, Russians and Uzbekis. I don't know about learning it.

You could always order/download the Rosetta Stone program.

I can't think of anything Russian in Incheon.

In Seoul, the shops around Dongdaemun stadium (exit #5) have largely been overtaken by Mongols over the past year Mad and only a few 'real' Russian businesses remain. Even of these small number, most are run by Russian-speaking ethnic Koreans from Sakhalin island and they have their own jumbled dialect - that even native Russian speakers struggle to understand. Russia Town in Busan is also a possibility (across the street from Busan KTX station).

Not sure about Incheon, but there are three or four hagwons in Seoul where you can take Russian classes taught by native speakers.

There's an Uzbek restaurant in Incheon run by a Russian-Uzbek family.

I've heard the Russian sailors hang out near Dong-Incheon, but I've yet to find any evidence of that. I did see a couple of fine Russian women getting off at Incheon station once.
