I am heading home to Vancouver in September and I really want to know if anyone has seen the cold noodle sauce anywhere in Vancouver. I have really grown to love this stuff and I want to make it when I go back home.
If I can't buy it already packaged, does anyone know what goes in it EXACTLY, so I can make my own?
Thanks. |

There's also Soba Noodles that can be served cold. |

Betchay,
Thanks for the recipe. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have another question:
Is there a specific kind of vinegar that one should use when making mool nang meung?
Thanks for all the help. I appreciate it.
P.S. (I prefer the buckwheat noodles over the soba noodles) |
