I've gotten my visa cancelled and I have an exit order and I want to stay just a few days longer. Is this possible? Will I have problems if I come directly back on a tourist visa?
Thanks |

What were the circumstances of your visa cancellation? Are you finishing a contract or are you being terminated? The reason I ask is because if you are being terminated for some reason you cannot return to the country (for employment) until the completion of your current visa. As regarding re-entry as a tourist I am thinking you might have a bit of difficulty getting back in, but I have never tried it personally... |

I gave notice at my hagwon and quit my contract early. It was all amicable. |

Then you should have no problem going away for a day or two then coming in on a tourist visa again, unless there is something immigration has set regarding the country of departure and return in their regulations... |

You CANNOT extend an exit order.
You can turn around and return on the same flight you left on without problem and no questions asked. It happens all the time. |

Or take the early ferry to fukuoka from Busan and come back on the lunch time one. Easy Peasy |
