I tried the search function but it didn't work.

Can anyone give me a template for a Korean and English Letter of Release? Or a link to a thread that has one?

Thanks in advance.

Roughly...

Letter head: Letter of Release

I, Jeon-do Kim, director of DHMG Academy, city-si, province-do, South Korea, hereby confirm that John Doe Teacher, Native-Country passport number 123445566, Alien Registration number 133445-235677, was employed at this institute as an English Language Instructor from m/d/yr to m/d/yr.

I hearby release him/her from duty without penalty or liability at this institute effective m/d/yr.

Jeon-do's signature
typed name
position

bottom: Academy's name in English and Korean with the school's/director's seal (this is important).

Hope that helps!

I have seen one's in just Korean, Korean & English and English only. It shouldn't cause any problems.
