This can half be read as a question asking where is the most interesting places in Korea to visit from a VISUAL perspective.

I do a lot of artwork, and would like to visit places that lend themselves to a myriad of visually stunning photographs. I will settle for a handful of really interesting subjects.

I was never one to go out of my way to see one tiny temple that could be seen almost as well online, and probably from more angles with more information........ so if i am going to visit some place, i like there to be a lot of stuff either happening (like in Seoul) or a good grouping of subjects available to study/photograph/draw/just be in awe of/take interest in, etc.

Merely a good "view" is nice, but not worth a trip out to explore, in my preference.

Any ideas for under-recommended places of interest to visit?
