The last time I went was in 2005 when the event was still held
in the UN compound in Hannam Dong. That place was cool. Then
they changed the venue to Nanji Camping Ground and I gave it
a miss in 2006. This year it was still held at Nanji, but now food
is not included, nor is there any complementary beers with the ticket.
So, basically, you're shelling out 22,000KRW just to get onto the
grounds. Seems to me it is now a rip-off....Canada style. So I
didn't go this year either. |

Nothing will ever beat the canada day I had in Brooklyn in 2006; free concert by Star, New Pornographers, and another canadian super-band. |

For me it was Central Park in '99. Great Big Sea, Jeff Healey Band, and the Hip. |
