Reason

1) The employee Tigerbalm whom was hired 2006.12.21 for the period starting 2007.01.15 and finishing 2008.01.14 has chosen to conclude his/her contract and return to his/her country of origin, Canada, due to his/her mother's surgery. The employee has elected to do this on 2007.06.28.

2) According to the contract signed, as the employee has not completed a full year contract, the employer is not required to pay return airfare or severance.

3) Attached documents: Medical Condition Document (Employee's mother)

The wording in the title could both be firing or release, however according to the reasons stipulated in the letter, it seems like a release.
