Hi
Does anyone here subscribe to Yahoo music? I was a faithful musicmatch subscriber but now they've been taken over by yahoo, so I migrated my account and subscribed to their jukebox plus and unlimited music service.
However, when I try to play any song, I get an error message saying " a fatal exception has occurred", after which the player closes.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my cache, and disabling my computer's firewall.
Any other thoughts on how to fix this?
Yahoo technical support is still "pending" but I'm anxious to get back to my music.
Any thoughts would be sooo appreciated. I have searched online but most of the info suggests the steps that i have already done.
