I am a little confused with all these certificates. I am planning on becoming certified after I finish my first year. I need help determining which one is the best and where to conduct it. Anybody have any experience or advice? Thanks! |

Each of the acronyms you referred to stand for the different program titles focusing on the instruction of EFL-ESL Training
TEFL - Teaching English as a Foreign Language
TESOL - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
TESL - Teaching English as a Second Language
ESL - English as a Second Language
EFL - English as a Foreign Language
There are more, but I think you have the idea...Many different programs around the world offer training for instructors to develop their professional skills...You can take anything from a month long course, online or on-site (classroom) to a full year course depending on your time availability and pocket money.
Most are quite good to exceptional, others are worth steering clear of...
I sent you a PM with a few more details...Hope this helps... |
