Anyone here into painting?

If so any idea of ranges of paint, canvas, mediums and utensils available in Korea

Many art supplies stores in around seoul/incheon area?

info appreciated. thanks

I've seen several bookstores in downtown Seoul that had art supplies. I'll check it out again this weekend. You can get cheap pastels, watercolors and drawing paper at most larger stores in the office supply section, but the items I saw at the bookstore were more expensive and for creating a serious piece of art. Insadong has several stores just for painting supplies. There's quite a few stores in that area that sell art supplies.

If you see any ceramic supplies let me know. I've seen plenty of finished products, but I still can't a place where I can get my hands on raw clay.

The best all-around place is Alpha in Namdaemun. It's four stories tall and has a little bit of everything, although I couldn't find all my fabric paint supplies that I needed. It's near, I think, Gate 7, which ever gate is near the 'door', the arch thing.
