So Jeongho was great at checking flights for me when I called and I had such a good impression of him but as soon as I paid he turned into the biggest flake. Has anyone else had this experience with him? I bought my vacation tickets from him on June 26, and asked him to please email me the receipt asap so I could submit it to my POE for reimbursement. Nothing for 2 days. I called him and he said he could email it to me right away. I got nothing. I emailed him the 3rd day�no response. I called him the 4th day and he says, he�ll send it. I get nothing. I call him on Monday and again he says he�ll send it�.nothing. I call him Tuesday morning (this is the last week to turn it all receipts) and I tell him I need it NOW. He says he�ll send it. At 4:00 - nothing. I have a long fuse but well, you get the picture. I call him again and I�m not happy with him. He finally emails it to me�but only my departure leg (I�m flying into one place and returning from another). After 2 more frustrating phone calls I finally receive both receipts. But his lack of follow-through continues. I couldn�t get an e-ticket for the return leg of my flight and was told by Jeongho when I booked the flight that he would mail me the physical ticket for that flight. Yesterday morning I realized that I had not received my ticket and it had been almost 2 weeks so here I am calling him...again. He said he�d ask his assistant. The day ends with no word from him. I call him this morning and he tells me sorry, his assistant forgot to mail it to me and that he�d mail it today. What the heck is wrong with this guy????

I've lobbed several calls to him; either he's super busy or he's a 1 man show.

Is sent in a query through their website about 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back yet.

He was great hte first few times I used him too. Very prompt and professional. Now, I can't get a response from him at all. I think he is a one man show. I've never gotten anothe voice even though I've called him several times. Perhaps its a case of him giving good service when he had no clients, and now he has more than he can handle b/c he got good recommendatiosn from when he was just starting.

he is a one man show who works out of his apt in an officetel near hongdae. went by and picked up my tickets to rangoon last week, he seemed awfully busy at the time

Yep, he was supposed to book a ticket for me (had my phone number and e-mail address, and said he'd get back to me ASAP) but after a week of not hearing anything I gave up.
