There's a teacher in Seoul who's real good and has a website with lots of good teaching material and lesson plans. I had his name and site but it's somehow lost in all my other 'organized' material. Can somebody tell me who that might be. I'm thinking his name is 'Dave' or something like that. He even had one of his classes on YouTube.
I'm looking for some simple, basic lesson plans to impliment into my classes here in Namyangju high school. The kids have a lot of energy and are eager to participate in class but their actual speaking ability is terrible.
It's been curious to me (but probably won't come as a surprise to you old-timers) that the classroom method the Korean teachers apparently use here really doesn't give the kids much practical experience in 'talking'.
I'm trying to give'em more actual experience talking and using English. |
