| Please, I need to know quickly how to call Thailand from South Korea. Nothing's working. To either a cell phone, or a land line. I'm calling from a land line. |

You need to dial 001(to get an international line) then 66 (Thailands country code) then the phone number. if the first number is a 0, you don't need to dial that. What I mean is for example a cell number here is 010-2345-2345. You would dial 001(international line)-82(Korea country code)-10(area code with the 0 dropped)-2345-2345

Thank you! It worked. I was dialing 011 instead of 001.
It wasn't a dire emergency, but it was the difference between me getting one of my photos in an exhibition in NYC, or not, and time was, and still is, of the essence. Now I'm just waiting for my friend in Thailand to email me my photo from an internet cafe. Hopefully I get it to the exhibitors in time.
