Yeah, I think it shouldn't be so close up, looks like a photo for ID. But your hair looks very professional.

From what I've seen of Koreans' resumes, it looks pretty standard.

I sent a personal photo when I emailed my resume to my recruiter. Now that I'm mailing off my contracts, signed applications, etc., I decided to get an official passport photo taken to attach to my application/resume. You are no longer allowed to smile in passport photos for Canadian passports so my passport photo looks like a mugshot. Will this still make a difference now that I've been offered a contract?

Looks like Donny Osmond, 1975.
Not that that's a bad thing. |

I'm sure thats fine, since it shows that you are still alive and white. But next time square your shoulders, you look hunched (its just a non-verbal cue portraying more confidence/power)

Probably won't matter as you have a degree and are sporting a tie and coat. Still, I'd suggest going with a full-sweep 'Gordon Gecko' do a la 'Wall Street'. IMHO, you come across as more of a player than someone who wants to be a professional. Having said this, it depends on where you are applying. For adults, you should probably sweep the hair back. For kids, the mop might just do it. Cheers, and good luck to you.
