Hi

I sent a letter by EMS to the UK on Tuesday and have been tracking it through the Korea Post website. All it says since yesterday is that my letter has been put on a flight.
Will I get to see when it has been delivered or is this all the information I am going to get?

Do they have your mobile number???

I actually got messages saying 1/ when it arrived at Incheon, 2/ when it arrived in the destination country, and 3/ when it had been delivered.

Yes, they do. I got a text message when it left Incheon and another one this morning saying it had arrived in the UK.
So, I guess I will get another one when it is delivered.

They will inform you when it is delivered. They will text you are you can check the website for the information.

EMS korea is handled by TNT express

go to tnt korea's website and track ur parcel

i was sent documents to india by korean EMS, the ems website just showed the messages of arrived at ICN airport, dispatched for destination country... and those wer displayed really late.

the TNT website shows messages from each point, each airport, each post office, real time!
