I pulled a mignight run in '97 from Taegu and am now looking to return to Seoul. From reading this site, it seems that I should take care of my visa in the US before heading out. Obviously it has been a long time, but I still have unsettling feeling about what lengths my former boss would have gone to get back at me. Is it possible that I am offered a contract, get a visa and then run into trouble after I arrive?

If you did have a problem it would be before not after they issue a visa....

one would hope after 10 years you'd be OK but.....it's Korea.
