I may miss the deadlines for getting my documents for March enrollment for public schools.� What are the deadlines for other� non-hogwon schools (public or university?) Thank you in advance.�

Public schools are pretty set on their deadlines and hiring seasons. There are some odd exceptions, but they are rare.

And those start in late Feb and early March. The application deadlines, for overseas applicants, are long before March.

To get uni jobs you usually need some advanced credentials and/or need connections that require you to be in Korea.
