I am thinking about a reasonably priced trip somewhere in Korea or close by. It's not a long time for vacation and it will be really hot so I want to know if anyone has any good ideas. Thinking about Jeju or Sarangsan (sp?) National Park.
Where should I stay in Jeju? What is there to do? Just beach and relaxing?
Thanks. |

Juju: Rent a car and sleep in it, or bring a tent. Or sleep in the 25,000 - 30,000 won yeogwans in Jeju City. The beaches and waterfalls are excellent on Korean standards.
Or, take a trip to Taean Haean National Park on the West Sea. |

umm, if you dont have tickets somewhere already, you may be out of luck. you have to plan your getaway at least a couple months ahead in korea. there are 50 million koreans all doing the same thing during the same two weeks as us ;) (keep that in mind for upcoming chuseok holiday, if you plan to get away then too).
good luck! |

| Chuncheon is a nice place to visit. Lots of parks, a dam, and a short boat excursion to buddhist temple. Take the train for some nice scenery. |
