haven't done a C4 in a few years; don't remember the cost, anyone know?
and what about transcripts? i hear in Fukuoka we don't need them but elsewhere we do; was told "don't worry they'll see you've received visas before no problem" - i have transcripts ordered but don't know if they'll get here in time or not.
was also told i could download them off my school site and take them in a pinch just for them to look at?? then what's the point of having sealed copies
**for those who might not know we didn't use to need transcripts for a C4; i brought them with me and the consulate said keep them we don't want them**
