I'm not big into UFC but that was an interesting interview.
I watched season one of that Ultimate Contender show. I loved it! But I just haven't had the time to sit down and watch it much at all....Sounds like UFC is just blowing up and Dana White could be the next Vince McMahon but hopefully without the roids.... |

Liddel and Silva would be great but who would Fedor fight? |

White stated that both "Shogun" Hua (who owns a devastating win over "Rampage" Jackson) and Fedor (if they can make a deal with his "crazy" Russian management team) would get instant title shots in UFC.
Fedor would get the winner of the Randy Couture - Gabriel Gonzaga match at UFC 74 in August. (I think it's not a good match-up for Couture because they have similar styles and Gonzaga is bigger and stronger ...)
"Shogun" is apparently being angled for a rematch with Jackson. This article isn't really clear as to who is having a cross-promotional match with Dan Henderson in London at UFC 75 (either Jackson or "Shogun"...) They've also gone back-and-forth as to whether it would be a title fight or not...http://ufcmania.com/2007/07/02/dana-white-shogun-and-fedor-to-get-title-shots/ |
