Wow... Still an awesome phone as far as interface goes but talk about the ol' screw job... Like the people who buy high performance sports cars made for the autobahn when they live in Des Moine...

Look at the fine print for many smart phones on fixed plans in north america. Rogers in canada is perhaps the worst. Most of those complaints have litle to do with the iphone or with apple, at&t on the other hand, well the are shoosting people as shysters tend to do.

Exactly, unless Korea adopts gsm it simply isn't happening. The iPhone is pretty cool though, unless you want a business phone. It is also best used with apple computers, as some windows synching issues have arisen. that being said I have used an iPhone and personally I think the interface is kick ass, the ipod functions are an improvement on previous ipods and the internet browsing on wifi is great. The only things I don't like about it are the edge network, the sub par camera and some limitations such as no mp3 ringtones (yet). It is upgradable via software update thus apps and features can be added down the road to improve the phone and some of its limitations.

yea i personally hate all phone plans in america, i really love thailand and the phillipines way of doing things you just buy a sim card pop it in and then pay as you go, or you can do a plan and it saves you money

Yeah plans in North America are crappy compared to Asia and Europe. That is the handcuff of the iPhone, but the plan for the iPhone is no worse than many others as some people seem to think.
