|
|
Hey dudes, I just accepted a position after researching South Korean locations for like 6 months, and decided that living next to Hongdae is in my best interests (party on doorstep, student vibe, arty/bohemian etc etc).
So I am to live in Mapo, and wondered what the rest of you Seoulites think of the place? Would you say its walking distance to Shinchon/Hongdae area?
Hopefully i'll see some of you lost people out there! |

Mapo's good in Seoul, but even better in the smaller cities. |

Mapo-gu is a good place to live in Seoul. Close to Sinchon, Hongdae, Yongsan, Itaewon, Jongro, etc. Of course, that won't matter if your job sucks. |

I lived in Mapo for a while. It's a great place to be. Cool area, clean. Pretty central. I'd take a job there without a second thought. |
