I'd look at the recreation programmes at English camps. If you'r certified to teach public school in your own country there may also be some international schools for which you could work.

Check kindergarten only places. My school has someone who just comes in twice a week to do PE classes with the kids. Perhaps you could have a string of schools where you go in just for the PE classes? No idea what kind of visa you'd need/could get for that, though.

My previous place also hired someone to come in (but only once a week...much smaller set-up), but they were always Korean. They belonged to some company...if one couldn't make it, if that person gave enough notice anyway, they'd send someone else. No idea how you'd find that kind of company and try to get set up via them, but they do exist. My guess is that they'd love to have a native English speaker on staff to send to English immersion kindergartens. My current school would not hire someone who couldn't speak English (though they are not picky about nationality), so there is a demand for English-speaking PE teachers. Provided you like kindy kids anyway.

If you are qualified and experienced you could try one of the many foreign schools in Korea for a P.E teacher or coach position.
