|
|
With E-2 single entry visa, when you exit the country and turn in your ARC at the airport, does immigration automatically cancel your E-2 visa? And when you return, do you have to reapply for a new E-2 visa?
If this is the case, it would be best not to get multiple entry E-2 visas just in case you wish to quit your shiatty job.
You can just give them notice, cancel your visa by exiting the country, and return for a new job. No need to worry about LOR. |

No.
Before making any theoretical claims, you ought to read up on more information instead.

I am not making any claims. Instead, I'm questioning.
So you're claiming that answer to my question is "No." Why is that? |

I suggest you spend the rest of your 11 months here reading up on laws regarding E-2s and then ask yourself the question again. |
