I like the little devil horns on them. Cute!
You'll find similar stuff in Japan and other places in S.E. Asia. It's called lack of exposure. I'm surprised there's not more here; there was a lot in Indonesia when I was there ten years ago. |

this sort of stuff tends to pop up now and again.
I was amazed when I first saw one of the translations in those little 6000 word Eng-Kor dictionaries you can buy.
The translation given for 흑인 is n***** |

I don't see the big deal, besides the unfortunate "Black Boy" and "Black Girl" names of the characters, which are likely attributed to the bar's name rather than any racial insensitivity.
The characters have afros? Reaching.
I've seen a lot worse. |
