Shenzhen Veterans ...
Is the border crossing a 24 hour thing or does it close? I'll be touching down in HKIA tonight at 11:00p and wanted to head to China immediately.

24 hours indeed! Although they detained me for an hour scrutinizing me about a staple found on my last visa page??

PS. Should you ever find yourself en route to Shenzhen from HKIA; I'd recommend a mini-van service cost of 200 rmb and well worth it; rapid transportation to the border and the driver manages all aspect of the VISA inspection. PM me for more details. |
