Hey Guys! Just thought I would ask around about Daejeon...I am moving there on the 4th of August and was wondering if there are any people on here who live there, or have been there before? Will anyone be able to show me the ropes?
I am a 26yo male from Australia...I have never taught before which is freaking me out a little, but i'm sure i'll do fine (I hope!!!).
Cheers guys, speak to you all soon! |

Daejeon is great. I love it. However, do a search on Daejeon and see the problems with the banner campaign and what not. Not a big deal, just hagwons here are run by asses (like everywhere, just a little worse here it seems). So don't work at a hagwon and you are good to go. Sorry I can't give you a better write up, but lately Daejeon is a little crappy for the average hagwon joe...if you are going elsewhere cheers, you will love it like the rest of us you have escaped the evil wonjangs of Daejeon. Take away the hagwons and life is grand here. |

I like those coin tokens in the Daejeon subway. I wanted to keep it, but...o well. |
