Any local LCD / Plasma Tv's handle PAL and NTSC?

i've been looking around for a new tv - leaning towards LCD, but so far all that I have looked at have been only able to handle NTSC.

I even looked at Sony, thinking it would be a multi for sure but the guy said no!

Is this right or are some models available here able to cope with both systems.
