Up for Grabs, a Gretsch G3900 historic series.
Fantastic sounding Jazz Archtop guitar. Can be played acoustically or through an amp. Super versatile

Was -> Guitar + Case = 450 00

Now ->Guitar + Case (NOT a gig bag) + Amp = 400 000

There was a limited run of these made and I stumbled across it while snooping for cool stuff in Seoul. It's got a great mellow/jazz sound but takes well to a bit of overdrive. The guitar itself is in great condition, no dings chips or dents. I did replace the machine heads with Gold mini Grover's (the mounting holes from the old tuners are visible on the back of the head stock). It also comes with a hard case (foam rather then molded).

Anyway, if your interested or know anyone who is let me know. Pictures are available upon request. I live in Suncheon so we can discuss shipping delivery when the time comes

PLUS - I'll throw in my 10watt Laney amplifier which is a PERFECT practice amp.

* It has a Line-in so you can plug your computer/stereo/mp3/TV into it. (sounds a million times better then those crappy computer speakers you bought at Home-Plus)
* Head phone jack so you don't annoy your neighbors.
* Two Channels - clean and crunch.

(Check out my e-bay profile thecrises if you need some assurance )

**(same model NOT the actual guitar)**

Made right here in Korea!

It's actully a quite nicely but together instrument. (I have an American made Strat and an old Japanese made squire Tele to compare it to) It was going to be my souvenir from Korea but I have my eyes on something new and my wife says I can only take one new guitar home. .....sensible

If I were you, I'd keep the guitar. I'd put all my guitars in separate cases and then put all the cases together in one large box. It would only count as one piece of luggage on the plane, and you'd get to keep all your guitars.

It's a good plan but we've decided on only one new guitar to mark our Asian adventures. This ones got to go so I can buy a fender thinline 72 reissue from Japan. So.....are you interested in the Gretsch?

Not really, I don't have the space for it, besides, I don't think I can justify having more than two guitars at the moment.

This may be stating the obvious but I think the reason you aren't getting any bites is the price. Even with the added Grover's I think you are kinda high for what you've got for sale.

FWIW, I think this is a very good price for the product. Yes, they are less expensive in Korea than say the USA, but this is a very good quality jazz guitar. BTW, the Grover machine heads are the best in the world, IMHO.
