Does anyone know where I can buy affordable Omega 3/6/9 (or just regular Omega 3) supplements near the Sinchon area of Seoul? I know Costco has them, but I do not have a membership and the closest store I know of is south of Gangnam. Also, this will be the first time I've taking this type of supplement, so I was wondering what the general consensus on it was from people who have taken it. |

The best place to buy supplements is actually online in Korea. If you can get a Korean to help you, mass119.com is the place to get your supplements.
And the best source of polyunsaturated fat is fish oil, flax seed, flax seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, and eggs. |

Thanks for the help. I'll try to check Hyundai Dept. Store soon to see if they have a GNC place and probably also have my friend check out the mass119.com site soon.
In terms of the flax seed oil, I had been thinking about using that instead of the Omega supplements, but the latter just seemed more specific to that purpose. What're the pros (and cons) to using flax seed oil as opposed to the Omega supplements? Just a more natural source of essential fats or something else? Thanks again for the help. |
