To change an address:
Go to a local government office such as City Hall. In Daejeon contact Cho, Sung-Bae Tel. 42-600-5332 .. 17-404-4131. He spent 6 months in Australia, speaks fluent English, is friendly and knows all about the change of address process.
warm regards
Peter

Actually, you also need to report a change of address to immigration. It's not a really big deal if you don't, but if you're there renewing a visa and your residence will change, tell them and they'll write the name on the back of your ARC. You'll also have to change it at your local police station if you have a drivers license.

no. no. no! Don't give bad advice...

You have to file a change of address with your GU (neighborhood) office or city hall. There's no need to go to immigration. You have to do this within 2 weeks of moving, otherwise you are subject to a FINE (something like 100,000). If you have a driver's license, you must also separately change that address at a police station or your local DMV. If you own a car or a motorcycle, you must go to the DMV and change the address of registration there too. If you don't within 2 weeks, I believe it's a 40,000won fine.

Moving is a pain.

I don't know WTF the OP is doing giving out phone numbers to foreigners. Is this a service? A business? Is the OP making $$$ out of newbs? I'm not sure... but it's a little strange.
