Been there often. It's only 30,000-40,000 during the calmer seasons. Now the average room would probably run closer to 70,000-100,000 a night.
But if you have a tent you can stay on the beach (there's a grassy area) for 6,000 (approx.) per night. Showers are 1,000 and bathrooms are free.
The bus ride from the dock is a little bumpy.
It's a great place to visit. I've enjoyed myself immensely each time.
(If you have a chance you NEED to try the big inflatable boat ride ...not the long one, the wide one that seats six.) |

It's awesome! Been there twice. We call it "party island". Camping is great! Bring guitars and marshmallows and have a big bonfire on the beach. |

Is the Yeonam Budu ferry near Dongincheon subway station? If not, what would be the best way to get to the ferry terminal? |

Go to Dongincheon and get a cab. BTW, there will be a huge gathering on Deok Jeok do on the weekend of Sept. 1st. Should be fun!! |

Thanks for all the responses!
I'm going to try to get out there sometime in August!
Is it the best beach out there? Or are there better ones out there off the coast of Incheon? |

Seopori beach would be a world class hellish experience in August.
The beach will be going full swing with 24 hour noraebangs that will
pump a horrible din all day and night. Because of the customer
volume there will probably be a fly problem.
But whatever. My advice is go to the next beach. Looking out to
sea from the beach turn to your right and you will see headland
jutting out into the sea. You want the beach on the other side of
that headland. Take the road up and around to the rice paddies
and follow the trails to the beach. Very nice and secluded. Most
Koreans avoid it because there are no bars, restaurants and
singing rooms. |

I've been to that beach. There was a dead porpoise that had washed up from somewhere. The walk around the rice fields was nice. |
