Ever seen that early 1980's movie "Private Lessons" ?

Ever seen a Japanese version of it? Yep, was going through my old VHS tapes and came across one I got from a Korean video shop a few years ago, from the "For Sale" counter. It's a Japanese version of Private Lessons, from 1990.

The twist: It's a blonde-haired, blue-eyed English teacher ( I think supposed to be British, can't recall exactly; don't have a VHS player any longer!) and her Japanese male ESL student. She is teaching illegally in Japan and the villain in the story threatens to report her to immigration if she doesn't do the deed of seducing the kid, a wealthy businessman's son - - - so he can photos of the kid going at it with the beautiful, but of course (to the Japanese that is) slutty English teacher . . . so he can blackmail the family for big Yen!
