Does anyone here use a PSP or Nin. DS as a web browser on the subway or anywhere else in Seoul? i am thinking about buyin one if i can use it during my subway runs to friend's places

You can't use it as a web browser unless you have a wireless router that you have access to. Usually people don't put passwords on theirs, so you can steal wifi in a lot of places if you're staying in one place. On the subway, you'll have to have something that can pick up the cell network's signal, like a pda or phone.
The psp's web browser is sufficient for passing boredom, reading sports, news, or emails, but it's definitely not an awesome experience. If that's the most important thing, spend that 200 on a better phone. |

If you want a web browser for the subway, a UMPC with a t-logon from SK or LGs equivalent will sort you out. Of course if you just want to pass the time, get a DS and use it for what it does best, playing games. |
