Hello,
I'm planning on moving soon from Bundang into the city. Does anyone have any experience moving your cats around? I'm wondering what are the taboos - no cats on buses, I imagine. Of course they'll be in carriers, but is it worth it trying to take a taxi, or do you think I'd get refused? Unfortunately I don't know anyone with a car to help me out.
Any advice would be great. Thank you. |

My cats are miserable in taxis, even if I take them out of the carrier. They were however quite content on the subway. The bus would probably scare them, although I don't see why anyone wouldn't let you take them.
My advice is just take the quickest route. That's probably the subway depending on where you're going. |

Actually, you can take your pets on the bus. We've done it with both our dog and cat. Just put it/them in a carrier (I should imagine a carrier is big enough for a cat). |

Thanks for the advice... I'm thinking I might just take a taxi for their sake. I've got two of them, they won't fit together in one carrier, and they get really unhappy when I separate them for any length of time. I don't think I could manage more than one carrier on a bus on my own at once.
Besides, a taxi will be a lot faster. More expensive certainly, but these guys are worth it.
Thank you! |
