I live in the southwest of Daejeon and I'd like to head down to Daedunsan for the day next weekend. In the Lonely Planet it says that there are 6 buses a day from the Seobu bus terminal, but I was there last week and didn't see any schedule for Daedunsan.
Does anyone know what time the buses leave, and also is Daedunsan NOT the final destination (i.e. does the bus say it's going to a different place, and Daedunsan is just a stop along the way)?
Thanks |

Hey, if you are ever looking for buses from Daejeon, and can read a little Korean, I found this great site for Daejeon transportation options: http://www.lovedaejeon.kr/guide/traffic_02/traffic_express.php?sid=1
According this site, which I've used before to find routes and has been really acurate...it says that the first bus leaving from Seobu bus terminal to Daedunsan is at 7:45. It says the last one to Daedunsan is at 5:30 and it takes about 45 minutes to get there. It doesn't say how often the run, but I'd say the lonely planet was probably pretty accurate on six times per day.
The cost of the ticket is 2,800 won according to the site.
Hope this helps ya.
