I'm going away in August, my place will be empty.
I had an idea to sublease while I'm away. I never normally do this, but I'm low on money and the rent is 500 000 won. I thought I'd rent it for the month, for 200 000.
It has 2 rooms but no air con. Utilities are minimal, I'd pay for water....
It is right behind Hamilton Hotel but is suprisingly quiet. |
