The Dallas Police "build" their case against Oswald...on outright lies. His paraffin test was NOT positive. Even the FBI and the coveted Warren Report stipulates so. But the fix was in and they "had their man" who was immediately convicted in the public eye. This conviction stands for many until this day. First impressions ARE lasting.
