Exactly. That "fake book" Attorney Mark Lane refers to is the Warren Commission report.
Lane, now in his eighties, wrote "Rush to Judgement" which the movie Executive Action was based on.
He also represented Oswald's mother at the commission's hearings.
Oswald was framed and the Dallas police department was in on it by orders from Washington.
Oswald's route out of the TSDB was fabricated in order to get him to the site of Officer Tippit's murder scene. Other witnesses place him in a Rambler just outside the TSDB. That witness, also a DPD officer was eventually murdered, as hundreds of witnesses were. |

Your thoughts sound like ones I used to have not that long ago. I too have read between 30-40 books. I've read that a lot of the books have been written on the JFK assassination to mislead and confuse us. It's worked and we've spent years chasing our tails trying to figure all of this out.
What puzzled me was how could the cover-up continue after so many of the main players had surely died from old age if nothing else.
There's a very good book that was written in 1976, revised in 1979, and updated in 1985. It's called THE TAKING OF AMERICA, 1-2-3 by Richard E. Sprague. Not to be confused with Richard A. Sprague who was the first chief counsel for the House Select Committee on Assassinations.

I would have liked nothing better than to have seen the people who ordered this killing prosecuted. What is more important now though is to see what has happened to our country as a result of this murder. 24 copies of this book were sent to the two House Committees involved in the investigation of the assassinations a few weeks after it was published in the winter of 1976-77.
Not enough happened as a result until the months of September/October 1975 when the House voted 280 to 64 to reopen the JFK and Dr. King cases! The press barely reported on this. That in fact is part of our problem. The press is controlled by the people or corporations who OWN them. We can't look there for the truth!
There will probably NEVER be anything more accomplished unless there's a HUGE grassroots movement by the citizens of the United States to understand and do something about the controls on our country. We're not nearly as free as we think. This is't something that's in the past. It affects as today. We have trouble doing anything because of our election process. Look what happened in December 2000. I used to be a Republican, but now am an Independant. From now on I won't vote the two major parties. The citizens of this country need to throw their support behind the BEST third-party canidate available. It makes no difference if a Republican or a Democrat gets elected. Not since 1963 happened.
PLEASE read this book at the website above. Educate your friends. If our friends only understood how IMPORTANT this is to our future. If WE only understood!
We owe it to JFK to free our country. It's what he was trying to do AND why he was killed. Our Congress HAS TRIED to do something about this, but unfortunately did not succeed because there were too many corrupt people with enough power to stop them. We lost more civil rights in The Patriot Act where 9-11 was used as an excuse for taken these rights. We, as a country, have to wake up NOW. It's nearly too late.
There is what the book calls a POWER CONTROL GROUP in this country. They control the President, Congress, Press, many of the judges and some law enforcement. I'm NOT saying ALL our policemen and judges are bad. The majority ARE wonderful and have wonderful motives. But it doesn't take very many to control what happens in a town or city. Jack Ruby wanted to tell the truth about the conspiracy and that's why he wanted to be taken to Washington so badly. To get away from the corruption of the Dallas Police Department. But even in Dallas there were "good cops" then. Remember Roger Craig. Also Roy Vaughn who was falsely accused of letting Jack Ruby into the basement where Lee Harvey Oswald was shot.
Read Chapter 7 to find out why the Kennedy family has not been able to do anything about JFK's murder. Remember RFK was killed, Ted Kennedy was almost completely ruined politically after Chappaquiddick (John Dean said on Nixon's tapes in 1973, 'If Teddy knew the bear trap he was walking into at Chappaquiddick'). Those of you familiar with Robert Cutler should know that he self-published a book called YOU THE JURY which tells the real story of what happened AT Chappaquiddick in 1969. THE TAKING OF AMERICA, 1-2-3 also says the Kennedy children's lives were threatened too.
What this Power Control Group wants is for us to keep on trying to figure out the little details of the JFK, RFK, MLK assassinations and don't forget George Wallace's near assassination. I never could figure out why he was shot. The reason? Because he was liked by about 18% of the voters according to the polls, most of whom were Republicans. Enough to endanger Nixon's re-election. The Power Control Group wanted then Vice-President Nixon elected President in 1960. John Kennedy upset their plans when he was elected. And then he really upset their plans with the actions who began taking when he became President (he would have gotten rid of J. Edgar Hoover, controlled the Mafia/Mob, gotten rid of the Federal Reserve, we would have had fewer wars which mainly benefit the military-industrialist complex, etc.).
As long as we're trying to figure out who's responsible for all of these assassinations with altered "best evidence" the conspirators are safe.
Instead the cover-ups are were the attention needs to be focused. Who benefitted? That leads us not to the assassins, but to who ordered the murders. And those are the people that REALLY needed caught.
It's all about money and power. We have something we didn't have in 1963 to help us now do something about these greedy murderers. The web. Let's make use of it. And realize that those that call us "conspiracy buffs" are just pulling out the same old term that has worked so well for them in the past. Call me whatever you want. I want to call myself free! And I won't allow myself to be ridiculed,intimidated or frightened. Knowledge is power.
According to Gaylon Ross's book THE ELITE SERIAL KILLERS OF LINCOLN, JFK, RFK AND MLK: Henry Kissinger made the following statement in an address to the Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, May 21, 1992. It was transcribed from a tape recording made by one of the Swiss delegates that was there.

There have been many researchers who dedicated themselves to getting the truth out, some almost bankrupted themselves self-publishing their research about what's going on. These dedicated researchers were Harold Weisberg, Penn Jones, Jr., Richard E. Sprague, Gary Shaw, Robert Gaylan Ross, Sr., Robert Cutler and others. They didn't do it for the money. They did it because they KNEW it was THAT IMPORTANT. Let's quit shoving our heads into the sand while there's still time to do something about our country; for our futures and the futures of our children and grandchildren.
