Hi everyone.

My partner and I have landed a job and coming to Haeundae, Pusan! We are going to try to find an apartment ourselves and I was wondering how long that can take if we're not too picky? We'll have help from a Korean from the recruiter. We're basically looking for furnished (at least a bed), 1-2 bedrooms, access to fast internet, maybe a/c, maybe a washer and dryer.
What's realistic?

Also, while we're searching, can anyone recommend a good, cheap yeogwon (esp. with locking doors?)?
