The complaints about Dev, Kiwi, and Dave Sperling are done by other people, and I have no idea if they're just jokes, or more malicious pranks.
(Incidentally, the police did send an e-mail to one of my friends asking if I'm a dangerous person. I use the same username on his message board.)

Good. The tomfoolery will hopefully, eventually, cause the Korean police to close this silly website. Keep going guys. |

as we all know
miscegenation is the greatest threat facing the world today. I know in my country it is against the law. I think it is illegal here too. |
Of all the threats to the world, miscegenation is the greatest? I'm sure the starving folks in sub-Saharan Africa and the desperately poor people living on garbage dumps in Mexico will be happy to hear that their status has been elevated and they face less of a threat than that posed by interracial cohabitors. |

Yes, this Spooner character has a lot to answer for. |

Have you checked out the other posts on that web site? I think that perhaps every single one of them is a joke. Its hilarious!
Some guy reported that his ex girlfriend broke into his apartment while he was asleep, closed all the windows, and pointed two fans at his head. when he woke up he felt like he narrowly escaped being killed. And the police responded to his post! |

Ah yes, Jeff Forkwyne seems like quite a character.
Currently I'm following the saga of Jim Hall, who's looking for a Korean girl he used to know several years ago. He keeps posting angry messages telling the cops to help him, and the cops keep politely explaining they aren't going to.
The first thread starts several months ago. After three messages it's clear people have started messing with him. |

How about suggesting a caption for the photo with whitey and the two police officers on that site?
Whitey: Which way to the pink room?
Officer: Go straight and turn left - it's right behind the police station.
or
Officer 1: This document looks like it's a forgery.
Officer 2: Let's go and have a donut. |

...I can't believe they contacted your friend. Seoul Metro police sure have a lot of time on their hands.....
also, I'd like to know for informational purpose--in what country is miscegenation against the law? |

It's so obviously a hack job. In any case, you can click on the Korean link, which will bring you to the real Korean site, but then if you click on the English link from there, it will take you to the real English site. |

Yeah, it's terrifying because no laws are named as broken.
On an older complaint, a guy with a cutlery-themed name complains about racism at a whorehouse that turned him away. He mentioned that his boss (who is named) is a regular there and says the sex is great. He says this is institutionalised racism and must be stopped. There were even directions to the place, which is in a well known red light district. The cop response was along the lines of "We can't do anything because no laws were broken." Yet laws clearly were; meanwhile I'm having legal, non-fornication sex with my Korean spouse and listening to Couch and they investigate me. |
