Going to buy a car from a non-Korean leaving the country. What are the procedures for transferring the car into my name. Do we just sign the back of the title? Will I need to get a new one? Can we just transfer the tag or do I need to get a new one? Where? How? Do I buy insurance before I get a tag, or the other way around? Tell me what you know! Do you pay the road tax up front or do you pay on your birthday or what? Do I need to register the car in the province I am in or can it be done anywhere (example: a neighboring province where I am purchasing the car).
In China your can't sell your car unless your drivers license is cleaned of any traffic violation fines. Any weir things here? |
